RiverPark Neighborhood Watch

The Neighborhood Watch is as effective as the community wants it to be. You can help by reporting issues to our organization. Below are some forms or instructions to report issues to the Watch Coordinator.

Graffiti

Send an email with pictures (if available and smaller than 1 MB) to the Watch Coordinator. Please make sure to include the date, time, and location of the graffiti.

Incident Report

This form is used to report crimes such as broken car windows, suspicious activity, etc. Please fill this form out AFTER you have called the police. However, we can assist you in reporting the crime and completing this form.

Street Light Outages

Send an email to the Association with the pole number and location.

Loitering Persons

Call the Oxnard Police Department immediately on their non-emergency hotline (805)385-8307.

City Overgrown Trees/Shrubs

Send an email to the Association with the location.

Violations of Park Ordinances

Call the Oxnard Police Department immediately on their non-emergency hotline (805)385-8307.
