RiverPark United Fundraiser at BJ's Restaurant
RiverPark has a Relay for Life Team this year called RiverPark United. We're raising money and inviting you to attend Family Night at BJ's in the Esplanade Center on Friday, 19 February between 4 and 9 p.m.! We will receive 15% of the sales that evening if you bring in this BJ's flyer. If you want to be emailed a flyer, please email the team captain by clicking here. We'll also be doing a Relay Rally at the February NC meeting and giving away prizes when you sign up to be a part of our team!
Yoga Series
Have you ever wanted to try yoga? Or maybe you’re already a yogi but just don’t have the time to drive 10 to 15 minutes (or more) to get a great yoga session from an exceptional instructor. Well, here’s your chance because we’re bringing Yoga to YOU!
Mary Pat O’Hara from Rochester, NY has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 22 years and has had professional training. She has over 200 hours registered with Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org) and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She has had Iyengar and Anusara yoga teacher trainings. Mary Pat has taught for five years at a Women's Health Club and at Blue Lotus, a yoga studio in Rochester.
The series begins the first Tuesday in February. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long and includes asana practice, short meditation session, breath work and a relaxation period. Please RSVP if you are interested. Classes take place at the Cabrillo Development Apartments located at 287 RiverPark Blvd on the 2nd floor. Mary Pat recommends you bring your own mat and a blanket (twin size or smaller).

Our next Community Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, 20 March from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rio Vista Middle School in the parking lot.
